Flange Management

About the Service

Flange Management is a process that mitigates integrity, safety, and reliability risks associated with bolted flange connections in piping systems.

It involves the planning, engineering, control, and documentation of all bolting-related activities throughout the assembly, tightening, inspection, and testing phases.

By applying proper bolting procedures, controlled torque or tensioning methods, and detailed traceability of each joint, Flange Management helps prevent leaks, reduce operational risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Rotational Misalignment
