Internal and External Visual Inspection
Identify cuts, abrasions, excessive wear, exposed reinforcement layers, cracks, internal damage, deformations, delamination, blisters, and the presence of foreign objects.
LEAK TEST
Performed on the hose assembly to verify the absence of leaks, seepage, permanent deformation, and pressure loss during the specified pressure holding period.

Shackles
Most commonly used as a connection element between the rope and the chafe protection chain.
Buoyancy Support
Lace-On: Expanded polyethylene wrapped in high-performance polyester fabric and secured around the rope by lacing.
Bi-Partite: Expanded closed-cell polyurethane with plastic encapsulation in a split design.
Tubular: Expanded closed-cell polyurethane in a tubular design.
Inspection of Hose End Fittings
Identify flange deformations, damage or wear on sealing faces, bolts and studs, as well as verify the overall integrity of gasket joints.
Hawser Inspection
Visual inspection of messenger lines, Samson Dyneema links, main bridles, shackles, and slings, verifying their overall condition and component integrity.
Grommet Construction
Double-ended rope without terminations, with approximately 170% of the strength efficiency of a single rope.

Hose Line Cleaning (Flushing)
